In this role, you will have a central position in our management and the opportunity to work closely with both colleagues and tenants. About the role

As a property coordinator, your tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Conducting pre- and final inspections
• Staffing the reception during opening hours
• Ongoing contact with tenants - you answer questions, receive feedback, and contribute to a high level of service
• Support property managers and area managers with administration and other management-related tasks
• Handling supplier invoices

You will have a broad role where you really make a difference - both for colleagues and tenants.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, structured, and organized
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many points of contact
• Has a service-oriented and professional approach in all situations
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license and access to a personal car
• Experience in property management is an advantage
